Delivery and Returns

All of our orders are packaged using eco-friendly recyclable and biodegradable cardboard boxes. Our products are protected within the boxes using similar materials

Delivery

We currently offer Free Shipping on all Standard Orders. This currently takes within 3-5 working days. If you require your order faster please contact us with details and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Please note: Expedited delivery will incur a shipping charge

Additional Information

We use Royal Mail and Registered Courier Services to deliver our products. All Deliveries will fall under their Service Guarantees

 

Please Note: Your Confectionery and the Courier Services we use are only as good as the information that is provided to us. Please ensure that all details are correct when you check out. Any Special Instructions (such as ‘Deliver next door if no answer’ ‘Leave behind Gate if no answer’) should also be added at check out

When your order is shipped you will receive delivery information via email. This will have all the information you will require to track your order. If you are in any doubt, please contact us

We are proud of our products and service, if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation

Returns and Exchanges

Our aim is to deliver your order within the timeframe specified and in perfect condition. If however, your chocolates do not arrive within this time frame or are damaged on arrival, we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement product. We make every effort to supply you with the products your requested. Our product descriptions are given in good faith which includes all flavours, ingredients, nutritional values and allergens

Damaged Goods

When your order is delivered please check the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. Should this be damaged please inform the courier and make sure that this is detailed on his delivery schedule. In the case of postal delivery, should the external packaging be damaged please take a photo for reference. If the goods are also damaged we will need this photographic evidence before we can arrange a replacement or a refund. Replacements will be sent out at no extra cost to you

Cancellations

Should you change your mind regarding your order, by Law, you may cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the goods as long as the actual goods are in re-saleable condition, that is that they have not been opened and all the contents are still intact. You can cancel your order either by telephone or by email. Please make sure that you have all the relevant information when doing so. Goods must reach us within 14 days of you notifying us of your request to cancel. Please note, we will only refund the order value including outward shipping costs, this does not include the return shipping costs

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order once it has been delivered and within the 14 day window, please return the goods to:

Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. In the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned goods, this Proof of Purchase will ensure that we can process your refund

 

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing us with your proof of postage. If you cancel your order prior to us despatching the goods, we will process your refund within 14 days of cancellation

 

It is imperative that any returned goods are received by us in the same condition as they were sent out. By law we are not obliged to refund the value of goods and postage unless this criteria is met. We suggest that you retain the original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase
